SOCS v2.0 affords your staff the ability to collect/verify the orders, notify customers, make their own suite/item/price changes, but they will need to be trained in the admin aspects of the site. This can usually be done via conference call or join.me and takes about two hours. Think you’ll need more, add time in two hour blocks.
As with SOCS v1.0, Team IFI would be happy to make all the annual suite availability & menu item copy/price changes BEFORE your season starts. This is a separate cost each year. Contact us for an estimate.
